How to Use

For the body, apply a small amount to damp skin and massage gently in circular motions. Concentrate on rough areas such as the elbows, knees, hands, and feet. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.

For the face, use only a very small amount and massage with extremely light pressure. Avoid the eye area, broken skin, active irritation, and sensitive areas. Use no more than once weekly unless your skin tolerates it well.
